Grace's real estate career began in 1982. While she has experience in new construction sales, apartment complex leasing, and sales managment, her favorite job is helping people like you find their very own island dream home.
Grace specializes in the marketing and sale of single-family residences and investment property on Amelia Island, in Fernandina Beach and Yulee. So, whether you are looking for an ocean-front Amelia Island condo or a historic property in downtown Fernandina Beach, Grace should be your Amelia Island Realtor® of choice. She has 26 years of experience in the real estate profession and a first hand understanding of what the community offers its residents. Grace is also committed to the real estate profession as she has served as the 2004 President for the Amelia Island Nassau County Association of Realtors® and many years as a director for AINCAR and FAR.
Tina entered the real estate profession in 2004 to join Grace's team, so now there are two knowlegable Realtors® working for buyers and sellers. She too has experience in residential properties, particualarly resort and second-home properties. She is a graduate from the University of Florida and has previous experience in corporate sales and marketing. She has followed in Grace's footsteps and is the 2008 President of the Amelia Island Nassau County Association of Realtors®. She holds a designation from the Graduate Realtor® Institute (GRI).
Personal
Grace has been a Fernandina Beach resident by choice since 1990. She enjoys spending time with her family and her Scotties, Willie and Doogie, cooking, traveling, needlework, participating in Amelia Community Theater as an actress and board member, and other community volunteer work.
Tina, who is also Grace's daughter, enjoys searching for sharks teeth at Amelia's beaches, excercising and spending time with her friends, fiance, family and dog.
